TERMS AND CONDITIONS

STANDARD SIZE RETAIL STOCK:
     All standard retail stock Charro Jackets and Vests can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price only if they are in new condition and have not been worn.   Shipping charges cannot be refunded.   Please call 505.354.2086 for return instructions before returning your jacket or vest and to arrange for your refund.   If the piece that you ordered does not fit, we will exchange it for a different standard size.   The customer pays shipping on all returns.

CUSTOM CUT AND SPECIAL SIZE RETAIL ORDERS:
     We will do what we can to get you fitted to your satisfaction on retail orders.   If you have a jacket or vest that fits you, send it to us along with your measurements and we will use it to size your jacket or vest and it will be returned when your order is shipped.   There is an additional charge of $35.00 for pattern changes on all custom cuts and special orders, however, if all you want is a little extra length we can work with you on that.   Riders Through the Century cannot refund on custom cuts or special orders.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:
     Wholesale is only allowed on minimum initial orders of four or more pieces.   Orders of any size are accepted on wholesale re-orders.   Two business credit references are required if you are a new customer.   First order is COD and re-orders are set at net 30 unless you prefer COD.   Initial orders must be placed on store stationery with full contact information.   Phone orders are allowed once you are familiar.   There are no refunds on wholesale orders.
